I am unwell and won't be available for tonight's sessions. Jo Love will be taking all squads with the following timetable.

Dev and State Dev
Swim 4:00-5:00pm
Gym 5:15-5:45pm

Target State, State Age and National Age
Swim: 5:00-7:00pm
Gym (State and National Age only): 3:45-4:45pm
